  • Appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced consultation time or cancellation.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellations

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost, at the clinic’s discretion.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment cost may apply.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us ensure availability for all patients in need of care.

3. Payments

  • All consultations and treatments are charged privately and must be paid for at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as displayed in the clinic.
