2. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced consultation time or cancellation.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
Failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

At Windwood Clinic, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help us offer timely care to all patients, we kindly ask that you follow the policy below:
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You can cancel by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost, at the clinic’s discretion.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment cost may apply.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us ensure availability for all patients in need of care.
3. Payments
All consultations and treatments are charged privately and must be paid for at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment.
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as displayed in the clinic.
Prices for services may be subject to change without prior notice.
